Villa details

Welcome to our Orlando vacation villa which is situated on Indian Creek close to the 192 with easy access to Disney (less than 4 miles away). Indian Creek is very close to the Formosa Gardens shopping area where you can find a supermarket, many restaurants, walk in medical centre, chemist, shops and internet café.

Our villa is a bright, modern single storey home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two master suites. There is a 30ft south facing pool which is screened for seclusion, a spa tub and a sheltered outdoor dining area.

The Living Area – the living area is spacious and open plan and has been recently refurbished with new furniture and new carpet. There is a television, DVD player
and CD player

Kitchen and Dining Area – the kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster. The breakfast nook has a table and four chairs. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

Master Suite no. 1 – king size bed, settee, TV, ensuite bathroom with large oval bath, separate double shower, twin vanity unit and walk in closet for clothes and shoes. Hair dryer. There is separate, alarmed access to the swimming pool area.

Master Suite no. 2 – queen size bed, TV, large built in wardrobes, ensuite with bath and shower attachment. Hair dryer. Separate, alarmed access to the swimming pool area.

Bedroom 3 – double bed and Bedroom 4 – twin beds – share a bathroom. TV in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have large built in cupboards.

Bedroom 5 – twin bedded room with large built in cupboard. TV. Adjacent bathroom.

Private Pool Area

There is a large 33 ft long pool and spa tub. The pool area is screened for seclusion. This area is south facing which makes it wonderfully sunny throughout the day. There is a covered lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Sunbeds are also provided.

Indian Creek is a peaceful community situated close to the Formosa Gardens Shopping area where you can find a supermarket, many restaurants including Outback, Carrabas, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Giordano’s, several shops, a walk in medical centre and internet café.

Communal facilities on Indian Creek include a children’s playground, tennis court and sports field.

Indian Creek is one of the closest residential communities to Disney – a short drive takes you to the 192 and quick easy access to Disney.
